We are a team of professional ex-Bankers with a niche in handling NPA resolution/Debt Restructuring. We have capacities to work on resolution from both the Customer’s perspectives as well as from Banker’s perspectives too, and know our way forward pretty well depending upon the Cap we wear.
With expertise in resolution being our forte in general, we also intend to look after complaints of any
nature a Customer may have, especially against the Banks & FIs where their accounts have been
wrongfully debited with unrelated/exorbitant charges and/or relating to deficiency in service in
respect of Borrowers, and against non-banking bodies like, Tour Operators, Hotels, Govt./Semi-
Govt./PSU Undertakings, RTOs, School & Colleges, State Electricity Boards, Airlines etc and/or
where their money is wrongfully stuck up on account of deficiency in service and the latter is not
refunding the same besides their genuine grievance.
However, money due from Individuals, Trade Creditors, Builders &
Developers, Chit Fund/Finance companies, deposits made with Corporate and
claims relating to Insurance Companies are not covered under the purview of
our work profile, which may please be taken note of.
A postgraduate from Hindu College, DU, I am an ex-banker, having 40 years experience in the banking domain across India. My last assignment, about a decade, was with ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Bank) where I worked as their Nodal Officer at the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) at Corporate Office, Bangalore. My CDR exposure, where we interact with other Bankers and with different corporates, had given me great opportunity to see through the psyche of both corporates and the bankers of different hue and shades, and help me evolve bridges of reapproachment, where everybody in the game is well understood and acceptable solutions are worked out.
Looking back at my 4 decades of banking experience, I feel I have developed skills in conflict resolution, paving way for recovery of legitimate dues stuck up anywhere, be that as a banker who has to recover their bad loans, or to help out family and friends in the process.
I also have in my armoury, brains and wisdom of like minded friends and professionals from Banking fraternity across India, who have volunteered themselves in this crusade to get justice in recovering legitimate dues of those who has ever been wronged.
Having been fairly successful in that regard, I am now here, with my friends, to attempt to help my fellow-beings at large, who have ever been wronged on financial matters, and their money is lying stuck up somewhere, under the banner of Talwaredge.

Once we accept a case, we make a strategy, draft mails/letters on their behalf, make them regularly follow-up with the concerned bank/institution/company and handhold our clients throughout the process till our objective is met.
Trust in our strategy and tons of perseverance, as getting back your money is a long drawn battle with the other side and is quite a time consuming process.
