We received an Electricity Bill of our new Flat for a sum of Rs.1,70,847/- which took us for a shock. We approached concerned AEN for redressal of our grievance. A Bank, without soliciting, issued a credit card in the name of one person, say A, and delivered the same to some other person, say B at the given address. That other person, B, misused the Credit Card and never made any payment thereof. The Bank issued the Bill in the name of A and demanded payment of the outstanding amount from A. As well known with Recovery Agents of Banks, all kind of threatening calls and filthy language was used to recover the amount and they refused to listen to our side of story. We used services of one of the top Tour & Travel (T & T) Agency for tour of South East Asia. Since I spent my 40 years with Banks, and Recoveries has been my passion, there have been a good number of success stories I have in NPA resolution and restructuring, both at the Branch/Bank level.
I was ING Vysya Bank’s Nodal Officer at CDR platform Mumbai for almost a period of 10 years, and have protected Bank’s interests to the utmost satisfaction of management. During that period, I enjoyed fullest trust and confidence of the ailing Corporates, Other participating Bankers and CDR team in successful implementation of the restructured packages.
Have passion for conflict resolution and recoveries, have been fairly successful in all such pursuits, be it personal, friends or official in the capacity of being a banker, we have more service orientation than any commercial reasons.
Once we accept a case, we make a strategy, draft mails/letters on their behalf, make them regularly follow-up with the concerned bank/institution/company and handhold our clients throughout the process till our objective is met.
Trust in our strategy and tons of perseverance, as getting back your money is a long drawn battle with the other side and is quite a time consuming process.
