We are a team of professional ex-Bankers with a niche in handling NPA resolution/Debt Restructuring. We have capacities to work on resolution from both the Customer’s perspectives as well as from Banker’s perspectives too, and know our way forward pretty well depending upon the Cap we wear.
With expertise in resolution being our forte in general, we also intend to look after complaints of any
nature a Customer may have, especially against the Banks & FIs where their accounts have been
wrongfully debited with unrelated/exorbitant charges and/or relating to deficiency in service in
respect of Borrowers, and against non-banking bodies like, Tour Operators, Hotels, Govt./Semi-
Govt./PSU Undertakings, RTOs, School & Colleges, State Electricity Boards, Airlines etc and/or
where their money is wrongfully stuck up on account of deficiency in service and the latter is not
refunding the same besides their genuine grievance.
However, money due from Individuals, Trade Creditors, Builders &
Developers, Chit Fund/Finance companies, deposits made with Corporate and
claims relating to Insurance Companies are not covered under the purview of
our work profile, which may please be taken note of.

I have observed that when most of us have our money stuck up somewhere, or there has been
deficiency in service which hasn’t been compensated for, we reconcile by saying, “Bhai, this is India.
Idhhar aisa he chalta hai” (Brother, this is India and this is the way things happen over here), and resign to our fate. Many of us when confronted with this kind of
situation, we do not know where to write to, and find happy companionship in the company of
those who discourage us saying. “Kuch nahi hone wala, aapna sar mat phodo” (Nothing is going to happen, don't bang your head). Even when some of
us think of fighting it out, we tend to lose our steam and stop following up with concerned
authorities for refund of our money when we find that there is no response from the other side.
It is for such set of people that we have decided to launch Talwaredge, and use our experience in
guiding them to turn the heat on the other side and relentlessly pursue for recovery of our hard
earned money.
To us, it’s more a social cause than any monetary incentives which is going to keep us on our toes in
our crusade to recover our lost money.
To confirm our leverage on social cause, we humbly share with our audience that we pledge to
donate 50% of our net earnings in Talwaredge to Charitable Institutions.
