Payment Policy
Customer has to pay:-
One time Registration Fee (Non-refundable) of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only), after we confirm that we shall accept their case.
Of the commission amount of 10% of the Claim amount payable to us on successful resolution of the case, customer has to deposit 50% amount thereof upfront with us, as an advance, at the time of registration itself, and the balance 50% of the commission amount payable has to be paid to us after the case successfully gets settled and customer gets refund of the claim amount in their account.
In case the claim gets rejected and customer chooses not to pursue the case anymore, we shall refund 50% of the advance commission amount deposited with us upfront within 10 working days, along with ruling SBI Savings Bank account interest thereupon for the period such deposit remains with us.
Refund Policy
